Warranty Information
Skellerup Industries Ltd guarantees that our footwear products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What is covered:
- Defects in materials and manufacturing
What is not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Alterations or repairs made by unauthorised personnel
- General wear and tear
Claim process:
- Report the issue: Contact the retailer where you purchased the boots within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase.
Quatro Dielectric Footwear, US & Canada
What is covered:
- Defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of 12 months
- ASTM F1117 Dielectric Compliance: Please refer to ASTM F1117, Standard Specification for Dielectric Footwear, 10.1 & 10.2. For questions contact us at info@quatrodielectricfootwear.com
What is not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Traction devices of any type will void the warranty including Dielectric Compliance
- Alterations or repairs of any kind will void any part of this warranty including Dielectric compliance
- General wear and tear
